  3. By using the following Windows 3.1 Driver Library
  4. (the "Software"), you are hereby agreeing to the
  5. included license agreement.  Please review the
  6. file LICENSE.TXT.

  8. Installing a Printer Driver
  9. ---------------------------------
  10. 1.  In the Main group, choose the Control Panel
  11.     icon.
  12.  
  13. 2.  In Control Panel, choose the Printers icon.
  14.  
  15.     The Printers dialog box appears. If you have
  16.     never installed a printer, the dialog box
  17.     expands to display a list of printers available
  18.     in the Windows version 3.1 package, and the Add
  19.     button is unavailable. Go to step 8.
  20.  
  21. 3.  Choose the Add button.
  22.  
  23.     The dialog box expands to display the List Of
  24.     Printers.
  25.  
  26. 4.  In the List Of Printers box, select Install
  27.     Unlisted or Updated Printer.
  28.  
  29. 5.  Choose the Install button.
  30.  
  31.     A dialog box appears, instructing you to insert
  32.     the disk that has the printer-driver file on it.
  33.  
  34. 6.  Insert the disk you made during the downloading
  35.     procedure, or type the path of the directory
  36.     where you downloaded the driver. Then choose the
  37.     OK button.
  38.  
  39.     Another dialog box appears, listing several
  40.     printers.
  41.  
  42. 7.  In the List Of Printers box, select the printer
  43.     you want.
  44.  
  45. 8.  Choose the OK button.
  46.  
  47.     The Printers dialog box appears. Your printer is
  48.     listed in the Installed Printers list.
  49.  
  50. 9.  Choose the Close button.
  51.  
  52. 10. For instructions on how to configure your
  53.     printer, see Chapter 5, "Control Panel," in the
  54.     "Microsoft Windows User's Guide."

  57. Updating the Universal Printer Driver (UNIDRV.DLL)
  58. --------------------------------------------------
  59. The Windows Driver Library includes the most current
  60. version of the Universal Printer Driver.  To update
  61. UNIDRV.DLL:
  62.  
  63. 1  Change to the disk or directory to which you
  64.    downloaded.
  65.  
  66. 2  At the MS-DOS prompt, type:
  67.  
  68.       copy unidrv.dll <path>
  69.  
  70.    where <path> is the drive and directory containing
  71.    your existing unidrv.dll file.
  72.  
  73. This overwrites your existing UNIDRV.DLL file.

  76. Updating the Postscript Driver (PSCRIPT.DRV)
  77. ------------------------------------------------------
  78. The Windows Driver Library includes the most current
  79. version of the Microsoft Postscript Driver.  To update
  80. PSCRIPT.DRV:
  81.  
  82. 1  Change to the disk or directory to which you
  83.    downloaded.
  84.  
  85. 2  At the MS-DOS prompt, type:
  86.  
  87.       copy pscript.drv <path>
  88.  
  89.    where <path> is the drive and directory containing
  90.    your existing pscript.drv file.
  91.  
  92. This overwrites your existing PSCRIPT.DRV file.
